How do I know which size to order for my athletic wear?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips and comparing them to our chart, as our high-performance compression gear is designed for a snug, athletic fit.

What is Synergy's return policy on used sports equipment?

We offer a 30-day return window for all items. To be eligible for a full refund, gear must be in its original packaging and unused. For hygiene reasons, base layers and swimwear cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you need your gear sooner for a competition or event, we offer expedited 2-day shipping at checkout for most locations.

Does Synergy gear come with a durability warranty?

Yes, all Synergy apparel and equipment come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear from intense training.

Are your fabrics moisture-wicking and squat-proof?

Absolutely. We utilize proprietary 'Syn-Tech' fabric technology which is engineered to be 100% opaque (squat-proof) and features advanced moisture-wicking properties to keep you dry during high-intensity workouts.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
